For many smallholder farmers, particularly women and young people in rural South Sudan, accessing larger markets and fair prices has long been a challenge. Connecting farmers to markets through the aggregation centers helps them negotiate better terms for their produce, ensuring they earn a fair share for their hard work.

Our aim is to empower smallholder and rural farmers in South Sudan by bridging gaps in the agribusiness value chain. Through innovative solutions, such as establishing the country’s first-ever flour mill and creating aggregation centers for maize processing, we strive to enhance food security, boost livelihoods, and promote sustainable farming practices.
